⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Craig and his team at All Creatures Pest Control are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we first worked with them, they've consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. Their thoroughness and attention to detail are unmatched, and their communication is top-notch. We were particularly impressed when we called them at 1 a.m. about a copperhead snake on our porch. To our surprise, they responded immediately and handled the situation without hesitation. Their dedication and professionalism blew us away! On top of their exceptional service, their prices are very reasonable, making them a fantastic value. I called them for help with a raccoon who had moved into the attic. They were prompt, knew what they were talking about, quoted me a price on the spot and provided services as agreed. I don't know about their pricing as compared to others because after speaking to them I felt that the price was fair enough and did not bother to shop around. Holy smokes if you have a rodent issue...you need to look no further. These guys are brilliant and have a wealth of knowledge around all things wildlife and rodents!!! I had a dead rat die in my ceiling and Craig literally sniffed around for a bit, cut ONE HOLE, and pulled out the smelly rat and insulation that was all nasty to go with it. He was so generous with his time and answered a TON of questions while he was here. He also did a very thorough inspection of the house and took pictures to help me understand the areas that needed work to be done. Another technician came today to do the work to seal up the entry points and while he was here he stayed and gave us a TON of tips and advice. I filled out a Home Adviser form on internet and had several pest control companies call me. All Creatures was the second one to call but the fastest to be able to come out. We strongly suspected a dead rat in our kitchen wall after cleaning the dishwasher and disposal 50 times because we thought that was the source. Craig came out and was straightforward with cost. He assessed the smell and narrowed it down to a specific area in the wall. He neatly cut a square out of the wall and found a large decomposing rat and removed it. He was like a knight in shining armor!! He also did an inspection of the house and we will certainly use more of his services to secure our home so it does not happen again. They offered to put me on an affordable Annual treatment program that they manage and not let me. Excellent friend service! Our house is in Houston and no bugs or anything at all since moving from a big ticket company to All Creatures Pest Control. Mary is very friendly and professional. Mary my husband and I were referred to Mary through a friend.  We just bought a home after renting for MANY years and had no idea the pest control part as from finding big spiders to not sure what critters could be in attic or garage. Mary gave us a piece of mind. She is professional and answers all concerns and questions we have. We even call her with questions about certain spiders/ants we find, and she's on it. Plus our dog loves when Mary visits too 🐶 Finally we found someone who is worth the service as we have tried 2 different companies before you. An awesome company with a great staff and top notch customer service.  Mary went to complete my bi-monthly pest control today, she always does a thorough service and I have not had any bug issues since I started using them. Today, I recieved a text from her with a picture and a short video of a water pipe on the back side of my house, which I wouldn't see unless I purposely went to check it. The picture shows I have a leak! Thanks to Mary and All Creatures Pest Control I now know about it and will get it fixed.
